“My music is a reflection of my life; it showcases my humanity, my strengths and weaknesses, my relationship and dependency on God and my thoughts on life and its enigmas.”
How does your music bring inspiration to the soul?:
“My lyrics are predominantly the culmination of a journey or life process. I write from the heart, what I feel, what I know, where I’m at. My lyrics are passionate, and honest. I live transparently, that definitely reflects in my work. As for my melodies, they flow within all day everyday. They’re in my mind, in my heart, I sense them and then I sing them.”
Who inspires you? Who are your role models?:
“Life is spiritual. I look to God my Creator, the one who put me into this world to walk the path uniquely given. I love God and I love to worship so my inspiration at this point of my life are worshipers who are anointed to shift atmospheres. Some of my favorites are Tasha Cobbs, Todd Dulaneyland & Dunsin Oyekan.”
Why do you want to be an award-winning Modern Soulful Musician?:
“My music tells a story, both song of deliverance and the new songs I’m working on will be testimonies and experiences that will inspire, uplift and speak to the souls of many. My songs need to be heard all over the world. And this is a great start!”
