A native of Detroit, Michigan, Jim E. Watts is a musician (saxophonist, guitarist, pianist, drummer, and hip-hop artist). He has been composing music since he was 13, and writing songs since the age of 15. Watts uses his nostalgic, healing, and ear-catching music and influence from the works of Andre 3000, Lauryn Hill, Eryka Badu, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, and Matt Winn to create modern soulful music.
